    1️⃣ Application of the Conditions

    These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) exclusively govern the contractual relations between:
    Media Discount 77 (trade name: Poké-Geek ), SASU company with capital of €1,000 , registered with the Meaux Trade and Companies Register under number 834 277 857 , with its registered office at 1 Rue des Peupliers, 77177 Brou-sur-Chantereine, France .
    The Customer , any natural or legal person making a purchase on the poke-geek.fr website.

    By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions without reservation . The customer also declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contractual commitment.


    2️⃣ Products & Availability

    🔹 Products sold : Poké-Geek offers a wide range of trading cards, board games, goodies and derivative products from the worlds of Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Geek culture.

    🔹 Product information : In accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code , we strive to describe and illustrate our products accurately. However, the visuals are given for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the delivered product.

    🔹 Availability :

    • Products in stock are shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment validation.
    • If a product is out of stock , a restocking period may be necessary.

    3️⃣ Orders

    🛍 How to order?

    • The customer must create a user account on our site.
    • The information entered must be accurate (address, name, email). Poké-Geek cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting in the impossibility of delivery.
    • After validation, the customer receives an order confirmation email .

    🚫 Right to refuse an order
    Poké-Geek reserves the right to refuse any order in the following cases:

    • Ongoing dispute with the client.
    • Invalid or incorrect address preventing delivery.
    • Suspicious or fraudulent order .

    4️⃣ Price & Payment

    💰 Prices displayed

    • All our prices are indicated in euros (€) , excluding delivery costs .
    • Prices may be changed at any time, but orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation .

    💳 Accepted payment methods

    • Bank card (Visa, MasterCard)
    • PayPal

    📌 Order validated only after full payment .

    🌍 Customs fees and taxes (excluding EU & DOM-TOM)
    If your order is shipped outside the European Union or to the French overseas departments and territories:

    • Customs duties and local taxes may apply.
    • These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer .

    5️⃣ Delivery & Deadlines

    📦 Delivery methods

    • Mondial Relay (3 to 5 working days).
    • Colissimo Suivi (with signature) (24 to 48 hours for Metropolitan France).

    🚚 Order processing

    • Shipping within 24 to 72 working hours after payment validation.
    • Weekends, holidays and vacations are not included in the deadlines.

    📌 Delivery areas

    • Delivery to mainland France, Europe and certain international destinations .
    • For any destination not listed, please contact us.

    ⚠️ Incorrect or inaccessible address

    • If you make a typing error before shipping , please contact us immediately.
    • If the order has already been shipped, it will be returned to the sender and may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

    🔴 Damaged or open package?
    Refuse delivery and inform us immediately. Once accepted, the package becomes your responsibility .

    6️⃣ Right of withdrawal & Returns

    🛍 Change your mind?

    • In accordance with article L121-16 of the Consumer Code , you have 14 days after receipt to return a product to us.
    • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .

    📦 Return conditions

    • Product in its original condition , unopened , with intact packaging and invoice .
    • Sealed cards, boosters, displays and boxes must not be opened .

    🚫 Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

    • Product unsealed, damaged, used or incomplete .
    • Products on sale or in clearance .

    📌 Refund within 5 days after receipt and verification .


    7️⃣ Pokémon Card Sale

    🎴 Cards sold individually

    • All cards are new and handled only by our team .
    • No complaints for printing defects (poor centering, cutting, white spots).

    📦 Sale of lots

    • Lots composed randomly and without duplicates within the same lot.
    • No complaints possible , except in the event of an error on our part.

    🔒 Sealed products

    • Packed with care, but we are not responsible for minor sealing defects .

    8️⃣ Complaints & Customer Service

    📩 Claim deadline

    • Within 48 hours of receiving the package.
    • By email only with photos of the package before opening in case of problem.

    ⚠️ Warning about false claims
    Any attempt at fraud, false accusation or modification of the contents of the package may result in:
    🚫 Permanent closure of the customer account
    ⚖️ Legal proceedings


    9️⃣ Jurisdiction & Data Protection

    ⚖️ Competent courts
    These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law . In the event of a dispute, the competent court is that of the registered office of Poké-Geek .

    🔒 Data protection
    In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 , the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
