Do we have a physical store?

All our sales are now exclusively online on our website, we hope to welcome you in store soon.

All our items come directly from authorized suppliers and publishers . No counterfeits will ever be offered for sale on our site.
Are the cards sold individually new?
🎴 Yes, all our cards are brand new!
They are carefully protected as soon as they come out of the booster to guarantee their perfect condition.

When and how do we send your packages?
📦 Shipping Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and vacations).

My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
📍 It is normal for your tracking number to appear as invalid right after shipping. Once the shipping label is generated, it takes a few hours for the information to be updated by the carrier upon pickup at our warehouse.
⏳ If the problem persists after 24 hours, contact us so we can check the situation.
My package packaging is damaged, what should I do?
⚠️ Don't accept it!
If your package arrives damaged , it is possible that its contents have also been damaged. Refuse delivery and request its immediate return .❌ Why?
Once accepted, the package becomes your responsibility, and it is difficult to prove where and when it was damaged.✅ In case of immediate feedback, we will be able to offer you a quick and suitable solution .
