We ship your orders to mainland France , most European countries and several international destinations.

⏳ Delivery times
Your orders are shipped via:
- Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 working days
- Colissimo Suivi (with signature) : 24 to 48 hours for Metropolitan France
📦 Order processing:
Unless otherwise stated, orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation.⚠️ Delivery times are given as an indication.
Weekends, public holidays and closing days are not included in these deadlines.
💰 Shipping & Customs
📍 Metropolitan France
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and the carrier chosen when ordering. Rates for Monaco and Andorra are the same as those for mainland France.
🌎 Shipping outside Europe
- Customs clearance fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Some countries may apply customs duties upon arrival . Poke-Geek cannot be held responsible for these charges, which must be paid by the buyer.

📍 Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
ℹ️ Important note : It may take 24 hours for tracking to be activated , while the carrier records the information in its system.
📦 Pre-orders & group shipping
If your order contains items in stock and others on pre-order , it will only be shipped when all products are available .
⚠️ Receiving the package: essential checks
We take special care in packaging your products. However, in the event of a problem upon delivery:
🔴 Damaged or open package?
DO NOT SIGN and REFUSE delivery. The carrier will automatically return the package to our warehouse.🔴 Package accepted but product(s) missing?
We cannot be held responsible if the package was accepted while damaged or open. -
All our shipments are filmed and recorded in our warehouses during preparation.
🛑 Important : Once the package is received and signed, it becomes your responsibility.
✍️ Address error: what to do?
📌 Before shipping:
If you notice an error in your address after confirming your order, contact us immediately to correct it.📌 After shipping:
- If the package has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt .
- In the event of an incorrect or inaccessible address , the package will be returned to us. You can then:
- Request a new shipment (additional shipping charges will apply).
- Obtain a refund for products only (excluding shipping costs).
